Hi! Thank you so much for visiting my site! I started this freelance business during the recent pandemic. I was not working and home schooling my children. I was looking for a creative outlet that I could do from home. After encouragement from many friends and family, I created Melissa Makes Media!

Experience :

I developed a knack for social media while running a fashion consultant business, as well as my self employment. I have managed my own business Instagram and Facebook page, numerous no-profits & businesses. I have helped several friends moderate Facebook groups, and get them up and running. Currently, I am the Marketing Coordinator at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce & Visitor’s Center in Windsor. I run all the socials, including TikTok!

I enjoy being creative with content and connecting with people/community via social media!
